Kale Pasch is a New York-based attorney, CFA charterholder, founder, and technology builder working on the legal and commercial architecture of financial products and emerging markets.

His practice and research span derivatives, fintech, digital assets, prediction markets, gaming and interactive products, and the operational realities of regulated innovation. He founded the Prediction Markets Advisors Institute, a separately governed professional-standards initiative for people working across prediction markets and novel contracts. Before private practice, Kale held roles in national bank examination, regulatory compliance, and financial-product development—experience that grounds his legal work in how systems operate in practice.
